摘要
水力引射器在煤矿井下引射泡沫剂、湿润剂等粘度较高的化学添加剂时,其引射系数与设计值的偏差较大。从水力引射器吸液段阻力与粘度、流动阻力损失对引射系数的影响等方面进行理论分析,并以清水和不同浓度泡沫添加剂为试验介质,开展了流体粘度对引射系数的影响试验,测试结果表明:理论计算和试验结果较为吻合,引射流体粘度对水力引射器引射系数的影响较大。可为面向高粘度引射流体的水力引射器的设计和使用提供参考。
When the hydraulic ejector was used to eject the high-viscosity chemical additives such as foaming agent and wetting agent,a larger deviation existed between its ejection coefficient and the design value. In this paper,theoretical analysis was carried out on the influence of the viscosity and resistance of the hydraulic ejector's driving fluid and the loss of flow resistance on the ejection coefficient,the experiments of the influence of the fluid viscosity on the ejection coefficient were made by using the clean water and the foaming agents in different concentration as the experiment medium. The experimental results showed that the theoretical calculation was well agreed with the experimental results,and the viscosity of the ejection fluid had greater effect on the ejection coefficient of the hydraulic ejector. All of these can provide reference for the design and use of the hydraulic ejectors using high-viscosity driving fluid.
