建设类高职院校人才培养服务中原经济区建设探析

Exploration on Talents Training in Higher Vocational Colleges of Construction and How to Serve the Development of the Central Plains Economic Zone

当前河南省建设类高职院校面临与中原经济区域内建筑产业发展形势脱节的问题:即建筑类专业设置重复雷同率高;专业设置不合理;缺乏专业质量保障。应顺应新型城镇化进程和建筑业发展需要,发展和创新特色专业建设;依托行业管理优势深化校企合作,遵循建设规律推进教育教学改革。

At present the higher vocational construction education in Henan province disconnects with the development of the Central Plains Economic Zone. The main problems are high similarity in major setups, irrational major setups and lack of quality guarantee. Colleges should conform to urbanization and development of construction industry, try to develop and innovate specialties, deepen cooperation between colleges and enterprises and follow the rules of construction to promote the education teaching reform.
