以高职院校通识教育师资队伍建设为研究,分析了通识教育的师资现状及成因,提出加强师资队伍建设的对策,意在为通识教育师资队伍建设提供借鉴以及探索,加强通识教育整体工作的重要途径。

This paper, based on the general education teaching staff construction in higher vocational colleges, discusses its current situation and forming causes. It also proposes the strategies to offer references for the teaching staff construction and improve the quality of the general education.
