艺术类高职毕业生存在专业对口率较低、地域分布不均匀、毕业生薪资要求高、个人期望与现实落差大等问题,应从优化培养体系,加强就业制度建设,严把招生质量关等方面做好就业工作。

The employment of the art graduates has following features: low job-suited rate, uneven regional distribution, high expected salary and the big gap between expectation and reality. Therefore,higher vocational colleges should optimize the cultivation system, enforce employment system and control the quality of new students to change the current situation.
