摘要
大学与市场的日益结合使大学作为"象牙塔"与"象牙塔"外的界线日渐模糊,如此带来的是大学内部的组织管理结构和学术文化的深刻变革,以及具有完备市场特点的学术活动的产生。在这样的环境下,教师进入了以资本的依赖性为基础的学术状态,表现为物化的、碎片化的、"不在场"的和"过客"的境遇,同样伴随而来的是教师基于职业道德的自我谴责、内心煎熬和人格的不独立状态:他们在献身真理和市场致用中左右取舍,又在教师道义和现实利益间痛苦挣扎,还在学术认可和市场认同上不断徘徊。教师陷入了深深的困惑之中。
With the close combination of the university and the market,the boundaries between the university(ivory tower) and its outside world increasingly blur. Therefore it brings many profound changes in the internal organization and management structure and academic culture. Academic activities with all market's characteristics are generated. Under such circumstances,teachers are in such a situation as academic dependence based on capital and as materialized,fragmented,'not present'and'passing'. It is also accompanied by the teacher's self-condemnation,inner torment and independent personality. Teachers are always troubled by the choice between the dedication to the truth and the market purpose,and by struggles between the teachers' moral and the interests of reality,also by the wandering on the academic identity or market recognition. In short,teachers in deep confusion.
