摘要
目的:探讨人体成分分析仪(BCM)监测在改善维持性血液透析(MHD)患者透析低血压中的作用。方法:透析低血压患者24人,女6名,男18名,平均年龄(67±8.7)岁,进行BCM监测,对患者的干体重进行重新评估和调整,比较BCM监测前后1月的低血压发生率和平均动脉压的变化。结果:BCM监测前平均干体重(58.7±7.9)kg,BCM监测后平均干体重(61.4±8.1)kg。BCM监测前透析低血压发生率为40%,而监测后的发生率明显降低为15%。BCM监测并上调干体重后透析低血压发生率明显减少(P<0.001),BCM监测并上调干体重后的透前平均动脉压较前无明显改变(P>0.05)。结论:BCM监测在改善MHD患者透析低血压的同时不增加患者水钠潴留,不升高透前血压,能较快速并准确的调节患者干体重。
Objective:To investigate the role of human body composition monitor(BCM) monitoring in the improvement of hemodialysis hypotension in patients with maintenance hemodialysis(MHD).Methods:Patients with dialysis hypotension 24,female6,male 18,average age(67±8.7)years,BCM monitor,of patients with dry weight to re evaluate and adjust,BCM monitor before and after 1 month of hypotension occurred rate and mean arterial pressure changes.Results:BCM monitoring the average dry weight(58.7±7.9)kg,BCM monitoring after the average dry weight(61.4±8.1)kg.BCM monitoring the incidence of dialysis hypotension was40%,and the incidence rate was 15%.BCM monitoring and up regulation of dry weight after dialysis hypotension incidence rate was significantly reduced(P<0.001),BCM monitoring and up to the dry weight after the pre average arterial pressure compared with the previous no significant change(P>0.05).Conclusion:BCM monitoring in the MHD patients with dialysis hypotension without increase in patients with water and sodium retention,does not increase the blood pressure,can be more rapid and accurate adjustment of the patient's dry weight.
