饮食干预对老年糖尿病患者血糖和血脂的影响

Effects of Dietary Intervention on Blood Glucose and Blood Lipid in Elderly Patients with Diabetes Mellitus

目的分析饮食干预对老年糖尿病患者血糖及血糖的影响.方法：所选取的研究对象为本院2012年9月～2014年7月收治的74例老年糖尿病患者,随机分为病例数均为37例的对照组与干预组,两组均用胰岛素及降糖药治疗,基于此对照组实施常规管理护理,干预组在常规管理护理上加施饮食干预,就两组患者血糖情况和血脂情况进行观察对比.结果：和干预前比较,治疗后两组患者甘油三酯、空腹血糖、总胆固醇、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白及睡前血糖均明显改善,且干预组改善情况明显优于对照组,二者差异具有统计学意义,即P〈0.05.结论：对老年糖尿病患者施予饮食干预,可有效控制其血糖和血脂,提高其生活质量.

Objective:To analyze the effect of dietary intervention on blood glucose and blood glucose in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods:The object of study selected in our hospital from 2012 September-2014 year in July received 74 cases of elderly patients with diabetes,the control group and the intervention group were randomly divided into the number of cases was37 cases,two groups were treated with insulin and hypoglycemic therapy,the control group received the routine nursing intervention group based on management,applied in the ordinary diet intervention nursing on compliance management,two groups of patients with blood glucose and blood lipid were observed.Results:The research object selected in our hospital from 2012 September to July2014 received 74 cases of senile diabetes and before the intervention,two groups of patients after treatment,fasting blood glucose,triglyceride,total cholesterol,2h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and bedtime blood glucose were significantly improved,and the intervention group improved significantly better than the control group,with statistically significant significant difference between the two groups,namely,P<0.05.Conclusion:For elderly patients with diabetes to dietary intervention,can effectively control the blood glucose and blood lipid,improve their quality of life.
