摘要
目的探究甘露醇治疗青光眼出现不良反应的护理措施.方法：选取2014年3月～2015年3月30例经甘露醇治疗青光眼出现不良反应的患者,对这30例青光眼患者的临床资料以及护理措施进行分析总结.结果：青光眼患者中急性肾功能衰竭（8例）、低钾血症（8例）、急性肺水肿（6例）、急性颅内压降低（4例）均经相关护理康复,低钾血症（2例）、急性肾功能衰竭（2例）经血液透析治疗痊愈.结论：对使用甘露醇治疗青光眼出现不良反应的患者实施有效的护理,可以明显的缓解患者的不良症状,促进患者的康复.
Objective:To explore the nursing measures of adverse reactions occur mannitol treatment of glaucoma.Methods:March 2014-2015 March 30 embodiment uses mannitol treatment of glaucoma patients adverse reactions occur,these 30 cases of clinical data in patients with glaucoma and nursing molecular summary.Results:Of acute renal failure in patients with glaucoma(9 cases),hypokalemia(9 cases),acute pulmonary edema(8 cases),acute lower intracranial pressure(4 cases) were confirmed by the relevant care and rehabilitation,hypokalemia(2 cases),acute renal failure(2 cases) by the hemodialysis treatment cured.Conclusion:The use of mannitol to treat glaucoma patients adverse reactions implementation of effective treatments that can significantly alleviate the adverse symptoms,promote the rehabilitation of patients.
