基于创业意愿影响因素的高校创业教育

An Empirical Study on the Influencing Factors of Entrepreneurial Education on College Students' Entrepreneurial Intention

创业意愿是大学生创业的内生动力,有效激发大学生的创业意愿是推动其创业行为的关键。对浙江省9所高校的调研发现,当前大学生创业意愿强烈;家人、朋友对大学生创业意愿的形成起着重要作用;实践经历、创新创业教育培训等因素对大学生创业意愿的提升具有积极作用。然而,也有部分大学生对创新创业存在着盲目乐观、知识经验储备不足、实践能力不强等问题。为增强高校创新创业教育的实效性,需高度重视创新创业教育课堂教学作用,全面打造创新创业教育实践体系,积极构建创新创业教育保障体系,大力开拓创新创业教育社会网络。

Entrepreneurial intention is the inner motivation of university students' innovative undertaking and the key factor to boost them to start undertakings. The analysesof data from 9 universities in Zhejiang Province show that university students have strong entrepreneurial intention. In cultivating the intention, family and friends play an important role in its formation, and practical experience, innovation and entrepreneurship education training have a positive effect on it. Through research, the study has also found problems existing among university students such as blind optimism, lack of knowledge and experience, and weak practical ability.In order to effectively stimulate students' entrepreneurial intentions and to enhance universities' entrepreneurship education, it is important to ensure that classroom teaching is given priority to, and mandatory and selective classes are scientifically set up, and full coverage of innovation and entrepreneurship education is achieved. It is necessary to focus on the construction of practical education system and the support system of entrepreneurship education. It's also urgent to create an innovative entrepreneurship education atmosphere as well as developing the innovation and entrepreneurship education in social network.
