中美大学生创业文化氛围之比较

A Comparison between the Entrepreneurial Atmosphere for Chinese and American University Students

大学生创业是新时期的世界潮流。相比较而言,美国大学生创业成功率达到20%,远高于中国的3%。除了一些客观条件的原因之外,更离不开社会整体的创业文化氛围。提高中国大学生创业成功率,可以借鉴美国的创业文化,在各大高校成立创业支援中心,开展创业教育,实施创意"推销",建立新型风险投资文化等。

University students' starting a business has become a world trend of the new era. However, the success rate of American university students is 20%, which is much higher than that of Chinese university students which is only 3%. Despite of some objective conditions, the low success rate is closely related to the whole social entrepreneurial atmosphere. In order to increase the success rate of Chinese university's students, American entrepreneurial culture should be referred to. For example, in colleges and universities, support center and foundation for students to start business should be set up, entrepreneurial education should be organized, and venture investment mechanism should be perfected. What's more, there should be set up new venture culture.
