金融支持张掖市新型农业经营主体发展的对策研究

The Research on the Strategies of Financial Support for the Development of New Type of Agricultural Operators of Zhangye City

面对当前我国农村经济结构发生的深刻变革,大力培育新型农业经营主体,发展多种形式的农业规模经营至关重要。本文通过全面分析张掖市金融支持新型农业经营主体发展的现状,探讨目前新型农业经营主体融资面临的主要问题及原因,提出了建立政府担保机构、发展新型农村金融合作组织、借力互联网金融等对策建议,以期解决张掖市新型农业经营主体发展的资金不足问题。

In the face of the deep reform of the rural economy structure in China, it is critical to foster new type of agricultural operators and develop various forms of agricultural scale operation. Through comprehensive analysis of the present situation of financial support for the development of new type of agricultural operators of Zhangye city, the paper discusses main problems faced by new type of agricultural operators in financing at present and causes, and puts forward suggestions such as establishing a government guarantee institution, developing new type of rural financial cooperation organizations and taking advantage of Internet finance and so on in order to solve the problem of fund shortage in the development of the new type of agricultural operators.
