摘要
本文采用《SCL—90症状自评量表》及压力源调查,调查了解陕西省基层央行员工心理健康状况及压力来源,分析差异特点,进而提出有针对性的建议,为积极预防和有效疏导员工心理健康问题,加强基层央行队伍建设,提供实证依据和参考。
The paper adopted the Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90) to evaluate the mental health status of the grass-roots employees from PBC of Shaanxi,meanwhile investigated the pressure sources and analyzed demographic variable differences,then put forward some targeted suggestions.The paper provided empirical basis and reference for preventing and counseling mental health problems and strengthening the central bank grass-roots team building. The results showed that: 62% of the subjects have normal mental health, 38% of the subjects have poor mental health status,7% of the subjects have severe psychological problems; OCD and depression symptoms are more obvious, terror and psychotic symptoms seem weak; the main sources of pressure are from health care,pensions, education, housing, treatment is unfair compared to the responsibilities, job title promotion, the annual assessment. Mental health status and the pressure sources in gender, age, education, position, title, post are significantly different.
