摘要
小净距叠交隧道施工主要面临后建隧道对先建隧道结构影响和因地表沉降叠加引发沉降过大两大问题。文章以深圳地铁7号线红岭北站—笋岗站区间工程为背景,采取对叠交隧道夹层土体注浆加固,先建隧道内增设移动支撑台车,先建隧道管片衬砌结构加强,后建隧道盾构掘进控制技术等技术措施,有效地控制了管片变形和地表沉降,达到预期效果。
The construction of small clearance distance superimposed tunnel mainly faces the influence of the tunnel structure and the two major problems caused by the superposition of the ground surface settlement caused by the construction of the tunnel. Taking section works between Hongling North station and Sungang station on Shenzhen metro line 7 as an example, the paper discusses the grouting reinforcement on the superimposed tunnel layer soil, describes the first step to use mobile support trolley in the firstly excavated part in the tunnel, and to start segment lining structure for strengthening, to use control technology and other technical measures in the latter excavated shield tunnel advance period, effectively control deformation of segment lining and earth surface settlement to achieve the desired effect.
