摘要
地铁隧道施工不可避免地出现施工误差、结构不均匀沉降及变形等问题,导致隧道结构与原设计线路不能很好吻合,造成隧道结构侵入建筑限界,需进行线路调线调坡。文章介绍了调线调坡的流程及方法,并结合实例分析了调线调坡对相关设备的影响,总结了一些调线调坡经验。
Metro tunnel construction inevitably encounters construction error, with uneven structure settlement and deformation, resulting in poor tunnel structure interface and becoming a failure when comparing with the original design of line, leading to tunnel structure invasion construction clearance, and need of track alignment and gradient rehabilitation. The paper introduces the process and method of adjusting the track alignment and slope, and analyzes the influence of the adjustment of the alignment and slope on the other related structure and components by using some examples.
