摘要
树立良好的企业品牌,提升运维能力,实现企业的可持续发展离不开合理的企业战略规划。文章以城市轨道交通企业为研究对象,探讨了城轨企业进行战略研究的重要作用和实施过程中需要注意的关键环节,并在此基础上分析了当前环境下对于战略规划的一些思考。
To establish a good corporate brand, enhance the operation and maintenance capabilities, realization of achieving sustainable development of enterprises can not be separated from the rational enterprise strategic planning. Focusing on some urban rail transit enterprises as the research objects, the paper discusses the necessity of urban rail transit enterprises to have strategic research on and implementation process needs to pay attention to the key links. On this basis, it makes an analysis on the current environment for some thoughts on the future strategic planning.
