The paper discuses the importance of bidding and tender sections division of the electromechanical equipment procurement for metro construction, describes the actual situation in the sections division of electromechanical equipment procurement and tender bids. Based on this, the paper studies and analyzes on the adverse effects caused by the unreasonable bid lot division on the follow-up project acceptance, and puts forward several proposals for the rational division of electromechanical equipment procurement bidding tenders, serving the purpose to reduce the mechanical and electrical equipment installation construction after the completion of acceptance in the presence of disadvantages.
