团队心理辅导对老年糖尿病病人自我管理行为的影响

Influence of group psychological counseling on self-management behaviors of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus

[目的]探讨团队心理辅导对老年糖尿病病人自我管理行为的影响。[方法]将60例老年糖尿病病人按照随机数字表法分为干预组和对照组各30例,干预组接受团队心理辅导和常规健康教育,对照组只接受常规健康教育。采用问卷调查法调查两组病人干预前后糖尿病自我管理能力,并对结果进行评价。[结果]干预3个月、6个月后糖尿病自我管理活动量表各维度总分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义;干预3个月、6个月后糖化血红蛋白值干预组显著低于对照组,差异有统计意义。[结论]团体心理辅导能提高老年糖尿病病人糖尿病自我管理能力,有效稳定老年糖尿病血糖值,从而提高病人的生活质量。

Objective:To probe into the influence of group psychological counseling on self-management behaviors of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods:A total of 60 cases of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus were divided into control group and intervention group according to random number table method,30 cases in each.The patients in intervention group received group counseling and regular health education and the patients in control group only received the routine health education.The patients in both groups were investigated by adopting questionnaire survey on their self-management ability before and after intervention,and to evaluate the results.Results:After the intervention for three months and six months,the total score of diabetes self-management activity scale in all dimensions in intervention group was significantly higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant.The glycated hemoglobin value in intervention group was significantly lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:The group psychological counseling could improve the self-management ability of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus,effectively make the blood sugar level stable,and then to enhance their quality of life.
