摘要
本文以供水分析、需水预测和供需平衡分析为基础,提出城市水资源配置的基本框架,进而对城市退水结构进行分析,针对目前城市退水问题研究的现状,初步建立城市退水机制,通过城市退水机制的研究促进城市水资源高效利用,加强城市和区域用水安全。
The basic framework of urban water resources allocation is proposed in the paper on the basis of water supply analysis,water demand forecast and balance between supply and demand,and then the urban water-break structure is analyzed. Aiming at the research situation of current urban water-break problem,the urban water-break mechanism is established fundamentally. The study on urban water-break mechanism promotes efficient utilization of urban water resources,and strengthens urban and regional water use safety.
