辽宁省水资源优化配置体系及统一调度方案研究

Research on water resources optimized allocation system and unified scheduling plan in Liaoning Province

本文以辽宁省为研究区域,对全省水资源进行水情分析、优化配置、统一调度方案研究,根据水资源规划成果,提出优化配置与调度的思路和步骤,以进一步加强全省水资源统一规划、统一管理和统一调度。

Liaoning Province is regarded as the research area in the paper. Hydrologic analysis,allocation optimization and unified scheduling plan study of water resources are carried out in the whole province. Ideas and steps of optimized allocation and scheduling are proposed according to results of water resources plan,thereby further strengthening unified planning,management and scheduling of water resources in the whole province.
