摘要
地方院校自动化专业应用人才培养中存在着人才培养特色不鲜明、学生实践能力不强、教学内容与生产实际和技术发展结合不紧密的问题。本文以满足地方经济建设和技术发展对自动化高素质应用人才的需求为目标,在加强基础理论教学的同时,注重学生工程实践能力和创新意识的培养,提出并实践了自动化专业创新型应用人才"1433"培养模式,较好的解决了上述问题,取得了显著成效。
There are some problems during the training procedure of automatic major applied talents in local college,such as lack of features,practical ability not strong,the integration degree of teaching content,production and technology development is low.Above problems have been better settled by proposing and practicing the automatic major innovative applied talents training 1433 mode,and acquired remarkable effect.The goal of the mode is to meet the demands of local economic construction and technology development to automatic major talents.It pays attention to cultivate engineering practical ability and innovative consciousness of college students with simultaneous strengthening basic theory.
