摘要
本文回顾国家级教学创新团队——东南大学"自动化专业教学研究与实践团队"的形成与发展、建设过程,并通过分析、总结教学团队的目标定位、人员结构以及10多年来取得的一系列教学研究与改革、创新成果,介绍教学团队的建设经验与体会,展望教学团队建设的远景。
By reviewing the team's form and development of 'The state-level team of automation's teaching research and constructing practice in Southeast University',and by summarizing and analyzing the team's orientation,structure and work in the past period of 15years,this paper introduces our achievements and experiences in the team's construction,and gives a brief prospect to team's next step.
