摘要
自动化专业应用技术型人才的培养目标是培养具有创新精神及实践能力的应用型人才。文中介绍了创新问题解决理论(TRIZ:The-ory of Inventive Problem Solving)的起源及在国内外高校中普及的情况。为适应教学主导型高校自动化专业应用型创新人才培养的需要,提出了增设基于TRIZ的工程技术创新方法论课程;开展虚拟仿真实训教学;推广工程案例教学法和以科研优势带动开放实验室建设以及工程应用型教材建设等创新性工程教育的教学改革方案。
The training target of automation speciality application-oriented technology-based talent is the application-oriented talent with innovative spirit and practical ability.In this paper,innovative problem-solving theory(TRIZ :Theory of Inventive Problem Solving),its origin and case of universal in universities at home and abroad are introduced.In order to cultivate the teaching-oriented automation professional application-oriented talent in universities,The engineering technology innovative methodology courses based on TRIZ is proposed to added;Using case teaching methods,introduce the following innovative engineering education reform programs in teaching: industrial production process virtual simulation training system,use research strengths to drive the building of open laboratory and engineering-oriented building materials.
