摘要
介绍了基于实物型的自控原理实验系统的设计理念与实现方法。利用直流小功率随动系统作为实物型实验平台的被控对象,采用先进的数字仿真技术,以及实验结果具有多样性的特点,开发了一个完整的自动控制原理实验的环境,学生可通过系统友好的参数输入界面展开各实验项目。此项改革增加了自控原理实验的自主性和研究性,可以使学生对实验中发生的"说不清"现象进行深入研究,同时在发挥学生的能动性和改善教学质量上也具有重要作用。
This article presents the design concept and implementation of an Automatic Control Experiment Platform based on physical system.A low power direct current position servo system is used as the object of controlling.By taking the advantages of the digital simulation and the diversity of experiment results,an integrated automatic control experiment environment has been established,which allows students to carry on a number of experiment programs through the friendly user interface of the control software.This Reform increases the self-determination of students and make it possible for them to further study some 'unreasonable phenomenon' happening during the experiment course,at the same time,it has played an important role in stimulating the students' initiative and improving experiment teaching quality.
