自动化专业多模式、多规格人才培养体系探讨

On the Multi-Model and Multi-Level Training System Practiced for Automation Majors

国内高校自动化专业目前的培养体系大多沿用了几十年来的老体系,在当今国内社会、经济已发生重大变革、用人单位对人才的要求多元化、学生毕业后就业取向多样化的时代,原来的培养体系明显地有些不相适应。本文结合本校自动化专业之前的培养体系,分析了在人才培养方面和就业方面面临的问题和不足,根据本专业已实施的多模式培养方案,进一步探讨和介绍了在新形势下自动化专业多模式、多规格人才培养体系的构建,总结了之前的实践经验并对未来人才培养进行了展望。

The present training system in China for college students majoring in automation has been practiced for dozens of years.This system has become inappropriate now because of the great social and economic changes,the changing expectations of the society for university graduates,and the availability of various employment choices for graduates.Based on the training system used for the automation majors in South China University of Techonology,this paper analyzes the problems and weaknesses of this system in terms of its ability to meet the needs of employment and quality.Moreover,on the basis of a new multi-model training scheme being practised for automation majors in SCUT,this paper further explores the construction of a multi-model and multi-level training system,summarizes the practical experience of the past years,and points out the direction of futher improvement of the training system.
