The quality and level of the contract management of the museum is directly related to the performance of museum' s duties and functions. The characteristics of museum contract determine that the contract management must be run through the whole process of the work of the museum and detailed and standardized management is needed. Museum contract management is a core business to prevent risks and internal management. The article studies several common problems in the management of the contract of museum. Moreover, it put forward the notes of risks and countermeasures.
