摘要
下胫腓联合韧带损伤虽然常见，但是诊断和治疗具有一定的挑战性。下胫腓联合损伤的治疗方法主要为手术治疗，其关键是解剖复位。随着一些新的治疗方法提出，下胫腓联合螺钉的治疗效果越来越受到质疑，并且针对是否去除下胫腓联合螺钉仍然存在争议。我们针对下胫腓联合损伤的诊治进行综述。
