橡胶改性沥青在叶舞高速公路工程中的应用研究

橡胶改性沥青在叶舞高速公路应用较广,出于降低沥青改性成本,节省公路建设资金的需要,近年来河南省在沥青改性技术方面开展了多项应用研究,取得了较成熟的研究成果。普通沥青铺设的路面温度敏感性大,易产生严重车辙、开裂、坑槽等早期破坏。橡胶改性沥青在叶舞高速公路路面工程中的应用表明:橡胶改性沥青、SBS改性沥青,比普通沥青路面更好地承载密集的车流冲击,有效降低了普通的沥青道路易产生的坑槽、开裂以及车辙破坏。废旧轮胎是一种再生资源,橡胶改性沥青技术是废旧资源循环再生利用的可持续发展之路,具有一定的推广价值。

Rubber modified asphalt is widely used in Yexian County to Wugang highway construction. In order to reduce the cost of asphalt modification,to save funds for highway construction,in recent years,multiple application reaserches have been carried out in Henan Province and a number of mature achievements have been made. The temperature sensitivity of asphalt pavement is large,and easy to produce serious early damage of rutting,cracking,pot holes etc.. The application of rubber modified asphalt applied in pavement engineering of Yexian County to Wugang highway shows that： rubber modified asphalt pavement and SBS modified asphalt pavement,have better capability of bearing intensive traffic impact than ordinay asphalt pavement,and can effectively reducing the damage of pot holes,cracking and rutting. Waste tire is a kind of renewable resources,the rubber modified asphalt technology is the sustainable development way of waste resources recycling use and valuable for popularization.
