低碳排放背景下的交通运输方式优化研究

Study on the optimization of transportation mode under the background of low- carbon emission

针对当前日益加剧的环境污染问题,提出一种科学的城市交通运输结构优化方法。通过构建城市交通运输优化模型的效用约束函数,以碳排放量、货运需求量、能源消耗量、线路合理利用作为约束条件,对交通运输结构进行优化,最后以内蒙自治区交通运输数据为例,对模型进行验证,从而得到内蒙古自治区的交通运输结构,达到节能减排的目的。

Environmental pollution is becoming more and more deteriorated,and the optimization method of urban transportation structure is put forward. Transportation structure is optimized by building the urban transportation optimization model,with constraints of carbon emissions amount,freight demand,the energy consumption and reasonable utilization of lines. Finally,there is a case study of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The model is verified with transportation data of Inner Mongolia,and output the transportation structure of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,which is helpful to save energy and reduce emission.
