拉莫三嗪与奥卡西平对原发性三叉神经痛患者疼痛和睡眠质量的影响

Effects of pain relief and sleep quality for lamotrigine and oxcarbazepine on patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia

目的观察拉莫三嗪与奥卡西平对原发性三叉神经痛患者疼痛和睡眠质量的影响。方法 80例原发性三叉神经痛患者随机分为对照组40例和试验组40例,试验组口服拉莫三嗪,每天25~300 mg;对照组口服奥卡西平,每天300-1800 mg,2组治疗3个月。观察2组患者的临床疗效、疼痛程度、主观睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、催眠药物、日间功能障碍和睡眠质量。结果试验组的总有效率为92.50%,显著高于对照组的72.50%（P〈0.05）。治疗后,试验组的视觉模拟评分明显低于对照组。2组患者的主观睡眠质量、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、入睡时间、日间功能障碍、催眠药物、睡眠障碍和总睡眠质量低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组（P〈0.05）。试验组的头晕、疲倦、嗜睡、恶心、呕吐发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论拉莫三嗪治疗原发性三叉神经痛比奥卡西平有较好的临床疗效,可降低患者的疼痛程度,提高患者的睡眠质量。

Objective To investigate the effects of pain relief and sleep quality for lamotrigine and oxcarbazepine on patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia. Methods A total of 80 patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia were divided into treatment group（ n = 40） and control group（ n = 40）. The treatment group was treated by lamotrigine 25- 300mg·d^-1,and the control group was treated by oxcarbazepine 300- 1800mg· d^-1. After 3 months treatment,the clinical efficacy,degree of pain,subjective time for falling asleep,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep efficiency,sleep disturbance,hypnotic drugs,daytime dysfunction and sleep quality were observed in the two groups. Results The total efficiency in treatment group was 92. 50% higher than of 72. 50% in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the pain visual analogue score in treatment group was lower than that control group; the subjective sleep quality,sleep time,sleep efficiency,time for falling asleep sleep disturbance,hypnotic drugs,daytime dysfunction and sleep quality were lower than before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than control group,with statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The incidence of dizziness,fatigue,sleepiness,nausea,vomiting had no statistically significant between the two groups（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion Lamotriginefor primary trigeminal neuralgia has better clinical curative effect compared to oxcarbazepine,by reducing the pain degree,and improving the sleep quality of patients.
