摘要
利用2003年至2008年嘉善县环境监测站的大气环境观测资料和嘉善县气象局的地面观测资料,分析了嘉善县达到空气轻度污染标准以上日数的分布规律,以及其相应的气象条件,认为空气污染在冬季频率最高、春秋季次之、夏季最少;且空气污染形成过程具有渐进性和累积性特点。空气污染一般都发生在风小、无降雨的天气,并大多伴有雾、霾等天气现象;逆温天数占总污染天数的比例较高,冬季尤为明显,逆温强度越强,厚度越厚,逆温层越低,污染越重。当东亚地区出现阻塞天气形势,天气系统维持少变,使本地形成不利扩散的弱气压场,容易引发空气污染。
Based on the Jiashan atmospheric environment observation data during 2003—2008,and meteorological observation data,an analysis is made of the meteorological conditions and the distribution of the number of the air pollution days when they reach to mild air pollution standards.The results show that the highest frequency of air pollution is in winter,followed by spring and autumn,and summer is the least,also the formation of air pollution has the characteristics of progressive and cumulative.Air pollution usually happens in the weak wind and non-rainfall days,even in the little rainfall and fog days.The air pollution in winter usually happens in the continuous thermal inversion days.When the inversion is stronger,the inversion layer thicker and lower,then the pollution is more seriously.If there is a blocking weather situation in East Asia,the weather systems will become more stably,the low pressure field which is not beneficial to spread will be also formed,and the air pollution will become more easily.
