以频繁TIA为特征的真性红细胞增多症1例报告并文献复习

摘要 真性红细胞增多症（polycythemia vera,PV）是一种少见的以红细胞增多为主的慢性骨髓增生性疾病,常同时伴有白细胞、血小板增多。因发病时伴较典型的脑血管病表现,故常常漏诊和误诊。现将我科收治的1例PV患者的诊疗经过报道如下,希望在临床诊治中引起重视。
