癫痫持续状态研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 癫痫持续状态（status epilepticus,SE）是一种以持续的癫痫发作为特征的病理状态,为神经科常见的危急重症。其短期死亡率达3%~46%,给患者及家庭带来沉重负担,严重影响患者的生活质量。为增强临床医师对SE的认识,降低患者死亡率,提高患者生存率,本文将对近年来SE的研究进展做以下综述。
