黏蛋白在肿瘤诊断和治疗中的作用 被引量：4

摘要 黏蛋白是表达在机体管状器官特异的上皮细胞表面,在各种炎症和癌症中表达异常。黏蛋白糖基化模式在低聚糖侧链产生的表位,都可作为肿瘤诊断及（或）预后标志物。这些肿瘤相关表位可作为免疫靶标,使得癌症早期的诊断和治疗成为可能。本文综述了黏蛋白在正常和病理条件下分布状态及其在肿瘤诊断与治疗方面的临床应用。1黏蛋白的分类黏蛋白是一类由特殊的上皮细胞-杯状细胞分泌的,广泛覆盖在管状器官如气管、支气管、胃肠道、
