The flipped English classroom is a network, video and information oriented classroom teaching, thus, it is necessary to be launched through teacher talk. In the process, it is suggested to set up more scientific teaching process and teaching situation, paly the teachers＇ role of guiding students to learn autonomously and stimulating the students＇ ability.
