摘要 五年制高职校自实施绩效考核以来存在着评价体系定位模糊、评价指标不全面、评价方法不科学、评价主体单一化、评价忽视教师发展等诸多问题。解决问题的基本对策和途径包括:运用平衡计分卡绩效管理工具,科学设计教师绩效评价指标体系,采用基于岗位设计的评价方法,360度多元评价教师绩效,注重发展性评价与评价结果的反馈。 Many problems have been found since the five-year higher vocational colleges implemented performance appraisal, such as evaluation system positioning fuzzy, the incomprehensive evaluation indexes, unscientific evaluation method, single evaluation subject, evaluation to ignore the teacher development. Therefore, the basic countermeasures and ways to solve the problem include to use the balanced scorecard performance management tools, scientifically design teacher performance evaluation index system, adopt the evaluation method based on post design, launch all-round and multivariate evaluation for teacher performance, and pay attention to developmental evaluation and feedback of evaluation results.
