摘要
学生学习参与度影响其学习成效,是评估高职学习环境质量的重要指标。以学生参与度为视角,通过定量和定性测量调研与访谈,从学习行为参与、作业和考核挑战度感知、个人情感参与、校园服务支持环境四个方面,对比分析中国、新西兰两国职业教育环境中学生学习参与度的数据。可得出启示:职业教育学习环境的构建和改革,必须围绕学习者学习需求而展开,应充分尊重学习者的主体地位,注重其自我反思能力、岗位职业技能和自主学习能力的培养。
Students' learning participation is an important indicator for evaluation of learning environments in higher vocational colleges, which has a strong impact on students' learning achievements. From the perspective of students' participation and by means of quantitative and qualitative survey and interview, the data of students' participation in study processes under the environment of vocational education in both China and New Zealand can be compared and analyzed in four aspects including students' behavioral participation, students' perception of challenges from assignments and assessments, students' emotional involvement and campus supportive service environment, We can conclude that the construction and reform of study environments in vocational education must be centered on learners' requirements. The subject status of learners must be respected, and cultivation of self-reflective ability, professional skills and self-learning capability should be stressed.
