正交试验法优选多伞阿魏中阿魏酸提取工艺的研究 被引量:3

Study on optimized extraction technology of ferulic acid from Ferula ferulaeoides( Steud. ) Korov by an orthogonal experiment method

摘要 为了优选多伞阿魏中阿魏酸的最佳提取工艺,试验在单因素试验基础上,以碱浓度、提取时间、料液比为考察因素,以阿魏酸含量为考察指标,采用正交试验法优选阿魏酸的提取工艺并对结果进行验证。结果表明:阿魏酸最佳提取工艺为料液比1∶40,3%氢氧化钠溶液提取30 min,此条件下多伞阿魏中阿魏酸含量达0.299 8 mg/g,均高出单因素提取量。说明优选工艺的提取量高,稳定性好。 To optimize the best extraction process of ferulic acid in Ferula ferulaeoides ( Steud. ) Korov, based on the signal factor test, the effects of sodium hydroxide concentration, extraction time, and the ratio of material to liquid ratio on the content of ferulic acid were investigated using an orthogonal experimental method, and then the data were verified. The results showed that the best extraction process was the ratio of material to liquid ratio of 1:40, sodium hydroxide solution of 3%, and extraction time of 30 min. Under these conditions, the content of ferulic acid from Ferulaferulaeoides (Steud.)Korov reached 0. 299 8 mg/g, which was higher than the extraction amount using the single factor test. The result indicates that the optimized extraction method is reliable due to its higher extraction amount and better stability.
