板青颗粒的抗炎镇痛作用及其对免疫功能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为了研究板青颗粒的抗炎镇痛作用及其对免疫功能的影响,试验采用二甲苯小鼠耳廓肿胀法、冰醋酸小鼠腹腔注射法、小鼠扭体测数法、碳粒廓清法、流式细胞测数法等对其进行了研究。结果表明:板青颗粒可显著抑制二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀,降低小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性;能够延长第一次扭体时间,减少扭体次数;并能够提高NK细胞活性,升高外周血CD+4/CD+8比值。说明板青颗粒具有抗炎镇痛的作用,同时可以调节机体的免疫系统,并能够提高机体免疫功能。
