摘要
慕课的出现带来了新的教育理念和学习形式,对我国成人高等教育的改革产生了深刻的影响,但无论何种改革都需要一线教师的参与,只有教师认同新的理念、习得新的技能、建立新的工作方式其改革才有可能顺利开展。成人高等教育教师首先需要认识慕课带来的变化和自身在改革中的不足,然后主动转变职能,实现从个人教学走向团队教学、掌握慕课的课程构建思维、提升现代教育技术的应用能力、掌握多元化的教学技巧,只有这样才不会被时代所淘汰。
MOOCs brings new educational ideas and learning style,which has a great impact on the reform of adult higher education in China. However,the reform requires the participation of front-line teachers who agree with the new ideas,acquire new skills,and establish a new way of working. Adult higher education teachers need to understand the changes brought by MOOCs and think about the inadequacy of abilities. They should take the initiative to change their functions,including transforming from personal teaching to team teaching,mastering the course construction of MOOCs,enhancing the application of modern educational technology and knowing diversified teaching skills well. Only in this way can the teachers not be eliminated by the times.
