国外职业院校服务社区:现状、经验与启示

Vocational Colleges Serving the Community in Foreign Countries: Situation,Experience and Inspiration

职业院校服务社区能够促进职业教育和社区教育的共同发展。剖析我国学者关于国外职业院校服务社区的相关研究,梳理美国、德国、澳大利亚、加拿大等具有代表性国家职业院校服务社区的现状,可以总结出这些国家职业院校服务社区的成功经验有两个方面:一是外部调控和监督机制;二是内部建设和制约机制。这两方面的成功经验对我国职业院校服务社区起到极大的启发作用。

Vocational colleges serving the community can promote the synergetic development of vocational education and community education. The article analyzes the overseas researches on vocational colleges serving the community of Chinese scholars,summarizes its current situations in the United States,Germany,Australia,Canada and other countries,points out that in these countries the successful experience in community service has two aspects： Firstly,the external regulatory and monitoring mechanisms; secondly,the internal construction and control mechanism. The successful experience of these two aspects has important implications on the vocational colleges serving the community in our country.
