深圳市某公司印刷品生产建设项目职业病危害预评价 被引量:1

Pre-evaluation of occupational hazards in a presswork manufacturing project of Shenzhen City

摘要 目的识别、评价和预测某公司印刷品生产建设项目在生产过程中可能产生的职业病危害因素的种类、危害程度及职业卫生防护设施防护效果,论证该项目职业卫生措施的可行性。方法依据国家相关法规和标准,采用类比法、检查表法和工程分析法进行定性与定量评价。结果对类比工程正己烷、二氯甲烷、异丙醇、甲醇、甲苯、二甲苯、噪声、紫外辐射等危害因素进行检测,各化学毒物检测结果均符合国家职业接触限值要求,合格率为100%;紫外辐射测量结果合格率为25%,噪声测量结果合格率为100%。拟建项目可能产生的职业病危害有正己烷、正戊烷、异戊烷、正庚烷、二氯甲烷、甲醇、异丙醇、甲苯、二甲苯、乙苯、异佛尔酮、环己酮、乙醛、臭氧、紫外辐射及X射线。预计该项目除紫外辐射强度外,其他职业病危害因素水平符合国家职业卫生接触限值的要求。结论该项目为职业病危害较重的建设项目,项目拟采取的职业病危害防护设施和控制措施符合国家职业卫生要求。 [Objective]To identify the occupational hazards possibly existed in the production processes of a presswork manufacturing project,evaluate the degree of damage,predict the effects of the occupational hazards protection facilities,and demonstrate the feasibility of occupational protection measures.[Methods]On the basis of the national laws and regulations,the qualitative and quantitative evaluations were carried out with the analogy,checklist and engineering analysis methods.[Results]The occupational hazards,including normal hexane,dichloromethane,isopropanol,methanol,methylbenzene,xylene,noise and ultraviolet radiation,were detected in the analogical project.The test results of chemical hazards were in accordance with the requirements of the national occupational exposure limits,and the qualified rates were 100%.The qualified rate of ultraviolet radiation and noise was 25% and100%,respectively.The main occupational hazard factors that might exist in this project were normal hexan,normal pentane,isopentane,normal heptane,dichloromethane,methanol,isopropanol,methylbenzene,xylene,ethylbenzene,isophorone,cyclohexanone,acetaldehyde,ozone,ultraviolet radiation(UV)and X-ray.It is predicted that the levels of occupational hazards would satisfy the requirements of national occupational hygiene exposure limits except for the intensity of UV.[Conclusion]The project is classified as the project with severe occupational hazards.The corresponding occupational hazards protection facilities and control measures in this project meet the requirements of national occupational hygiene standards.
