摘要
目的了解锦州市某润滑油添加剂有限公司聚异丁烯(PIB)装置职业病危害现状,为该公司职业病防治工作提供科学依据。方法采用职业卫生现场调查法、职业病危害因素检测检验法、职业健康监护资料分析法相结合的方法对PIB装置进行现状评价。结果该项目主要职业病危害因素有液化石油气、硫酸、氨、硫化氢、氢氧化钠、噪声等。检测结果显示化学性有害因素最高浓度、时间加权平均浓度和短时间接触浓度合格率均为100%;噪声检测结果 8 h等效连续A计权声压级<85 d B(A),符合国家接触限值标准。结论该项目为职业危害严重项目,职业病防治措施得力,防毒、防尘及防噪声设施齐全,防护效果满意,总体评价结果符合国家卫生标准要求。
[Objective]To understand the status of occupational hazards in polyisobutylene(PIB)device in a lubricant additive limited company of Jinzhou City,provide scientific evidence for prevention and control of occupational diseases.[Methods]The combination of occupational health field investigation,occupational hazard factor detection test,and the occupational health monitoring data analysis was adopted.[Results]The main occupational hazard factors in the project included liquefied petroleum gas,sulfuric acid,ammonia,hydrogen sulfide,sodium hydroxide and noise.The detection results showed that the qualified rates in maximum concentration,time weighted average concentration and short time exposure concentration of chemical hazards were 100%.The noise detection results revealed that 8-hour equivalent continuous A-weighted sound pressure level was 85 d B(A),which met the national exposure limits.[Conclusion] This is a project with serious occupational hazard.The prevention and control measures against occupational diseases in this project are effective,the gas defense,dustproof and noise protection facilities are complete,and the protective effect is satisfactory.The overall evaluation results accord with the requirements of the national hygienic standard.
