大学女生原发性痛经的影响因素调查

Investigation on influencing factors of primary dysmenorrheal in female college students

目的分析影响痛经程度的相关因素,为保障女大学生的生理、心理健康提供依据。方法采用SPSS 22.0软件对实例问卷调查数据进行差异性检验、相关性分析和多元线性回归分析。结果对痛经程度的影响因素做logistic多元线性逐步回归得到回归方程为:y赞(痛经程度)=1.499+0.230x_1(影响学习)-0.183x_2(初潮年龄)+0.174x_3(痛经认知)+0.164x_4(家庭关系),调整决定系数R^2=0.120(P=0.00)。结论大学女生痛经程度主要受心理情绪和初潮年龄因素的影响。

[Objective]To analyze the related factors influencing the degrees of dysmenorrheal,provide the basis for guaranteeing the physical and mental health of female college students.[Methods]The difference test,correlation analysis and multiple linear regression a nalysis were applied to explore instance questionnaire data with SPSS 22.0 software.[Results]The logistic regression equation for influencing factors of dysmenorrheal degree was y赞（dysmenorrheal degree） =1.499 ＋0.230x_1（affecting learning）-0.183x_2（age of menarche）＋0.174x_3（dysmenorrhea cognition）＋0.164x_4（family relation）,and R^2=0.120（P=0.00）.[Conclusion]The degree of dysmenorrheal in female college students is mainly affected by psychological mood and menarche age.
