肥胖与性腺功能

Obesity and the Gonad Function

肥胖可导致多器官系统的疾病,并造成男性不育、女性不孕以及生殖系统肿瘤等,其患病率正逐年增长。性腺功能减退亦可导致肥胖,两者相互影响。肥胖大多数都是因为个人不良的生活方式所致,与肥胖相关的性腺轴功能异常多在干预肥胖后得到逆转。另外性腺功能减退致肥胖主要由性激素(雄激素、雌激素)缺乏所致,因性激素减少而表现出腹型肥胖、高血糖、血脂紊乱和胰岛素抵抗等代谢紊乱时,给予相应的性激素治疗,其体重可下降、代谢紊乱可以得到一定程度纠正。

The prevalence of obesity is rising year by year. The disease can lead to multiple organ systems, and cause male infertility, female infertility and reproductive system tumor, etc. Its prevalence is increasing every year. Gonad hypofunction can also lead to obesity, both influence each other. Most obese are induced by bad personal lifestyle. Gonad axis dysfunction associated with obesity is reversed after the intervention of obesity. Gonad hypofunction causes obesity mainly by the lack of sex hormones and gonad hypofunction because obesity is mainly caused by the lack of sex hormones （testosterone and estrogen）, showed as abdominal obesity, high blood sugar, blood lipid disorder and insulin resistance and other metabolic disorders. Giving corresponding sex hormone treatment, weight can drop, and metabolic disorders can be corrected to a certain extent.
