摘要 实验通过有效微生物群(EM菌)投加与物理溶胞耦合对序批式活性污泥法(SBR)系统实现污泥减量化。实验表明,在投加EM菌与物理溶胞耦合下,系统出水水质提高,污泥沉降性能良好,污泥表观产率有明显的下降。投加0.005%EM菌剂与物理溶胞耦合工况下,COD去除率达到95%,污泥体积指数上升至100 m L/g,污泥表观产率下降60%,在提高出水水质的情况下同时具有显著的污泥减量效果。 Experiment by adding different dosages of effective microorganisms and coupled with physical lysis of the sequencing batch reactor activated sludge process(SBR) to achieve sludge reduction.Results shows that combining adding effective microorganisms with physical lysis, the quality of effluent improves, the performance of sludge sedimentation is good, the sludge apparent yield significantly decline. Uncoupling adding 0.005% effective microorganisms with physical lysis, the COD removal rate reached 95%, the sludge volume index rose to 100 m L/g, the sludge apparent yield declines 60%, it has significant effect of sludge reduction under the situation of improving the quality of effluent.
