聚焦强军目标 推进战时文化工作理论研究创新发展

Focusing on the Goal of Strengthening the Army,Propelling the Creative Development of Research on Wartime Cultural Work Theories

战时文化工作历来是我军克敌制胜的重要武器。作为战时政治工作的重要组成部分,其理论研究尚未推进到一定的高度,特别是在理论体系建构和面向未来信息化战争创新研究等方面还未形成十分有效的成果。战时文化工作研究的重点应是:建构战时文化工作体系,把握战时文化工作特点规律,探索战时文化工作方法手段。我们应不断推进战时文化工作的创新发展,为激发当代革命军人敢打必胜的精神信念注入文化基因,提供精神依托。

Wartime cultural work has always been an important weapon for our army to win. Yet as an important component of wartime political work, the theoretical research of wartime cultural work has not been enough, especially fruits on the construction of theoretical systems and creative research on future information war are far from effectiveness. Wartime cultural work need focus on constructing the system, mastering the features and rules, and exploring approaches and methods. We need propel continuously the creative development of research on wartime cultural work to inject the cultural gene of dating and winning into present soldiers, as well as to provide them spiritual support.
