Adjustment of direction of phosphorus chemical industry structure

介绍了广西磷化工产业现状、中国热法磷酸在美国磷化工市场的开拓及欧洲磷化工市场动态,指出了中国磷化工在磷肥、饲料级磷酸氢钙、湿法磷酸净化酸及多聚磷酸发展中存在的几点误区,并就中国磷化工产业发展方向提出4点建议:大力发展配套现代化农业的全水溶性磷肥;按食品级标准来生产饲料用添加剂;无需花巨资生产湿法净化磷酸用于生产肥料,可拓展湿法磷酸直接用于生产肥料的多种方式;开发多聚磷酸在多行业的应用。

It is presented the current situation of phosphorus chemical industry in Guangxi Province,the deploitation of Chinese thermal process phosphoric acid in US market and the market dynamics of European phosphorus chemical industry.It is pointed out a few misunderstandings in China′ s phosphorus chemical industrial development of phosphate fertilizers,feed grade calcium monophosphate,wet process purified acid,and polyphosphoric acid.Four suggestions for the development of Chinese phosphorus chemical industry were put forwarded：A） developing full water-soluble phosphorus fertilizers which apply to modernized agriculture;B）producing feed additives that meet the food grade standard;C）there is no need to spend too much for purifying phosphoric acid by wet process,instead we should find more ways to produce fertilizers directly using phosphoric acid by wet process;D）developing multiple application of polyphosphoric acid in different industries.
