摘要
以硫酸和铁系颜料的市场需求为依据,工业生产应用的成熟技术和已经形成的与处理绿矾相关的技术为基础,集成了大规模处理绿矾的新工艺,即"渣-酸-铁"工艺,并从钛渣、钛白和硫酸生产全流程分析了物料平衡和经济效益。分析证明,该工艺可以经济有效地实现绿矾的大规模处理。
New process for green vitriol treatment in large-scale,which can be referred as Slag-Acid-Iron Process was proposed based on the market demand of sulfuric acid and iron oxide series pigments and relevant industrial technologies that have been formed or applied. Calculation and analysis in both material balance and economic benefit proved that this process was economical and effective in large-scale treatment of green vitriol.
