摘要
目的单采血小板耗材成本较高,通过加强采血质量管理,以降低因单采失败所致耗材报废率,节约成本。方法自2014年1月-2015年5月期间,通过加强采血质量管理,特别加强对献血者血管条件筛选、献血者血常规参数筛选、献血者饮食指导和管理、献血者心理护理、采血护士培训等关键环节控制,并将每月单采耗材报废率纳入科内质量目标管理。回顾性对比分析2011年8月-2013年12月单采耗材报废率。结果 2011年8月-2013年共正常使用单采耗材25 253套,报废369套,报废率为1.44%;2014年1月-2015年5月共正常使用单采耗材23548套,报废292套,报废率为1.22%(管理前、后单采耗材报废率比较,P<0.05)。其中因红细胞污染、献血反应、机器故障/操作不当、乳糜血等原因所致的单采耗材报废率下降,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过加强采血质量管理,可以明显降低因单采失败所致耗材报废率,从而节约成本。
Objective To investigate the impact of enhanced quality management On apheresis platelets to reduce the scrap rate of consumables and save costs. Methods The implementation lasted from January 2014 to May 2015. Critical control points, such as vascular condition screening, blood parameters screening, dietary guidance and management, psycho- 6' logical care and nurse training were controlled. Monthly scrap rate of consumables were included in the department quality objectives. The scrap rate of consumables from August 2011 to December 2013 were analyzed by retrospective analysis. Re- suits From august 2011 to December 2013, a total of 25 253 sets of consumables were normally used, and 369 sets were scrapped with a scrap rate of 1.44%. From January 2014 to May 2015, a total of 23 548 sets of consumables were normally used, and 292 sets were scrapped with a scrap rate of 1.22%. There was a statistically significant difference between two groups (P 〈 0. 05 ). The main reasons to reduce the scrap were RBC contamination, blood donation reaction, chylaemia, and mechanical failure or improper operation ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Enhanced quality management can significantly re- duce the scrap rate of consumables and save costs on apheresis platelets.
