摘要
中高压大容量DC/DC变换器可以实现不同电压等级直流电网线路的互联,是直流电网中的关键设备之一。该文研究了基于隔离型MMC-DC/DC变换器的电感取值的计算方法和选取原则。通过建立基于交流电压源和电感串联等效电路的数学模型,研究了电感大小对变换器运行特性的影响,进而提出综合考虑功率传输效率限制、交流电流谐波特性以及变压器容量和绝缘设计等因素的电感参数设计方法。最后采用PSCAD/EMTDC仿真软件对设计实例进行验证分析。仿真结果说明该文提出的电感参数设计方法的有效性,同时验证了该文关于电感大小对变换器电气量影响分析的正确性。
The High-voltage high-power DC/DC converter, intended for realizing interconnection of DC grids with different voltage levels, is one of the key equipment in DC grids. This paper studied the inductance parameter calculating method and the selection principle for the isolated MMC-DC/DC converter. The mathematical model was firstly established with an equivalent circuit of two ac voltage sources and an inductor in series connection. The influence of the inductance on the converter operating characteristics was also analyzed. And then this paper proposed an inductance parameter design method considering the power transmission efficiency limit, AC current harmonic performance and transformer capacity as well as insulation design. Finally, a design example is analyzed in detail by the simulation model in PSCAD/EMTDC. Simulation results show that the proposed design approach is feasible and the analysis of influence of the inductance on the converter electrical quantities is valid.
